I’ll be guiding the cacao ceremony and drum journey — holding space for you to slow down, connect inward, and listen to what’s ready to emerge.

My mom Barb will be leading the abstract art portion, sharing her intuitive approach to painting as a form of expression, release, and discovery. No experience needed — just a willingness to explore.

We recently got two new cats Mister Justice (MJ) (the black fluffy cat) and Kiko (Manx tabby cat). We were a little worried about how they would be while we were gone on our trip. Apparently they became friends…maybe not bestie material yet but friendly enough to sleep on our bed alone together. This is the first time I’ve seen them do this so I was pretty excited to see it. Side note…the pillow MJ is laying on I gave him so he wouldn’t sleep on the one I actually put my face on because he leaves a lot of hair wherever he lays 😂. Kiko was adopted from a friend @courtenaybetts and he has been an amazing cat so far. These are the things that bring me joy. ❤️😻

until I finally did.

At first, it felt uncomfortable.
Like I should be doing something.
Planning something. Capturing something. Moving on to the next thing.

And we are home! Final day spent at Crane Hot Springs. Took some time to soak in the healing water and recover from the journey. Home now and ready to put some creative juices together musically and professionally. We thank these great lands for their offerings and felt the ancestral connection. We let the wind guide us and listened to messages that helped us to arrive to our destinations safely. We look forward to future adventures but for now we return focus to what we are here to do on life.

Final days of trip: spent time at Great Basin NP. Didn’t take may pictures as it was super windy and cold. Woke up to snow the first morning and couldn’t see much of the mountains. We took time to explore as much of the land as we could (a lot of the areas were closed due to the snow). But eventually things cleared up and the wind died down. We took time for some ceremony and rest so we could recharge. We are on our way home after experiencing many moments of both ups and downs. Lessons learned, releasing things that no longer serve us, and creating new memories. Hoping to find the clarity we need to move forward in our lives in a purposeful way. *side note…do you see the orb I captured?

Day whatever (I lost count): Sedona,AZ. Gorgeous! Had a lovely campsite on Oak Creek at Lo Lo Mai Springs campground (highly recommend). Dispersed camping out here is not so great. Didn’t spend too much time in town but we did a few hikes and found some powerful vortex spots. Gunther found a new way to hike and he had no complaints. Eddie enjoyed but tried to get us to turn around a few times on the uphill 😂. Leaving today to see a Grand Canyon.
